Dear fellow students, scholars and working professionals: We are cordially looking for a living-room roommate to share a 2-bedroom-2-bathroom apartment (see attached for floor plan). Address: 5550 Columbia Pike, Arlington, VA 22204 (Wildwood Pike Apartment, please check out its official website http://www.dittmarcompany.com/virginia-apartments/wildwood-park-apartment-for-rent-arlington-va ) Monthly rent: $490 (out of $1770) Utilities: included in rent except for cable/internet Parking: free unsheltered parking lots Grocery and misc.: within 5 minutes’ walk, you will find a huge shopping plaza including Giant, Safeway, CVS, Capital one, Verizon, Subway and etc. Commute options: direct bus to metro stations such like Pentagon, Pentagon City, West falls church, Ballston, Smithsonian, Federal Triangle, Navy Memorial, Farragut N&W and McPherson Square… You name it.
